Pricing FAQ

Questions before choosing a plan.

01 What uses a credit?

A newly unlocked Store Priority record uses one credit, and a successful evidence refresh uses one credit.

02 What does not use a credit?

Duplicates, failures and included repeat access to an already unlocked record are not charged.

03 What do the plans cost?

Published monthly plans are £500 for Starter (250 credits), £1,400 for Growth (1,000 credits), £2,000 for Pro (2,500 credits), and Enterprise from £4,000 with custom credits. Prices are in GBP; VAT is added where legally applicable. Online purchase is not live—book a tailored demo to confirm the right plan for your team.

04 Can I subscribe online today?

Not yet. The published packages are monthly plans and online payment is not live. A tailored demo confirms product fit, expected usage and the appropriate plan.

05 What happens in a tailored demo?

See how to find stores, review Store Priority and export a shortlist or send stores to HubSpot where enabled. We also cover why a site survey and human judgement still decide machine suitability.

06 What happens after the demo?

If the workflow fits, we agree the intended users, territories, data sources, credit allowance, security questions and commercial terms before opening a paid workspace.

07 Can I try StoreScoutAI before booking a tailored demo?

Yes. Select Start free demo to create a demo account and explore the workspace with sample store data. No card is required. A request to upgrade does not take payment; we confirm the plan and commercial terms before a paid subscription starts.
